Lilly Schmolke was born in Germany and has been a Bay Area resident since 1961.  She and her husband live in Walnut Creek where they raised their son, Jonathan, and two daughters, Christina and Katherine. 

Lilly’s commitment to service extended through 12 years with United Airlines before her transfer into Real Estate.  Her background in appraisal and property management has been invaluable in her Real Estate career.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the Contra Costa Association of Realtors. 

Lilly’s Real Estate success was assured almost immediately because she listens to the needs, wants and dreams of her clients, then makes things happen!  An active member of the Contra Costa and Alameda County Board of Realtors, she knows her community and its real estate market well.  A full time dedicated professional, Lilly is constantly expanding her knowledge base by utilizing all available resources.  Committed to keeping apprised of changes in the Real Estate field she earned her GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) designation.
